Twilight Pools was established by Bob Miller in Mertztown, PA. Bob has been in the pool installation service and swimming pool repair business for over 15 years. He runs the construction division from groundbreaking to flipping the switch. At Twilight Pools Bob sells, constructs and services all custom swimming pools. Twilight Pools doesn’t use any subcontractors for building their pools, with the exception of electrical upgrades to existing homes, and has been Berks County’s and the Lehigh Valley’s Source for in-ground swimming pools.
